The educational goal of the department is to cultivate the professional of human resources

development which combine the technological vocation education.

Human resources is a critical factor of Taiwan’s advantage. In the view of more and more

specialization in large-scaled business, global strategic and vigorous development in service

industry in the future. It’s necessary to keep suitable and high quality human resource for

business/organization to create more value and advantage.

The educational goal of this department is to provide the well-trained expert of HRM/HRD by

ways of fostering holistic human literacy and sensitivity in human being initially.

For the purpose of nurturing the experts who possess academic and practiced abilities, beyond

the relevant theories in HRM such as recruitment, selection, staffing, training, development and

employee relations we provided, our program also contact with the practitioners closely to provide

practical training courses.
